{"id":274,"date":"2015-09-21T01:44:05","date_gmt":"2015-09-21T01:44:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nicolasrmunoz.com\/?p=274"},"modified":"2016-09-20T22:01:20","modified_gmt":"2016-09-20T16:01:20","slug":"regulacion-legal-de-los-drones-en-ecuador","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nicolasrmunoz.com\/?p=274","title":{"rendered":"Regulaci\u00f3n legal de los DRONES en Ecuador"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><a href=\"https:\/\/nicolasrmunoz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/selfie2.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-275\" src=\"https:\/\/nicolasrmunoz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/selfie2-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"selfie2\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nicolasrmunoz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/selfie2-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/nicolasrmunoz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/selfie2.jpg 920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div>Si bien Chile fue el pa\u00eds pionero en Am\u00e9rica Latina al regular legalmente los drones es espacios p\u00fablicos en el mes de abril de 2015, el 17 de septiembre de 2015 la Direcci\u00f3n General de Aviaci\u00f3n Civil del Ecuador DAC emiti\u00f3 la resoluci\u00f3n 251 &#8211; 2015 referente a la operaci\u00f3n de Aeronaves no tripuladas o DRONES.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Entre los puntos importantes a tener en cuenta entre los due\u00f1os de estos aparatos encontramos los siguientes:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ol>\n<li>No pueden acercarse m\u00e1s de 9Km en espacios a\u00e9reos controlados como aer\u00f3dromos o bases militares.<\/li>\n<li>La altura m\u00e1xima de vuelo es de 122 metros sobre el terrero.<\/li>\n<li>Pueden operar entre la salida y la puesta del sol siempre que no hayan nubes, neblina, o cualquier otra condici\u00f3n que obstruya su contacto visual permanente.<\/li>\n<li>No puede operar drones personas con fatiga o que puedan sufrir sus efectos, o que se encuentren bajo efectos del consumo de alcohol o drogas.<\/li>\n<li>En caso de da\u00f1os a terceros, el propietario tiene la obligaci\u00f3n de responder por da\u00f1os contra terceros por lo que debe contratar\u00a0 una p\u00f3liza de responsabilidad civil de hasta US$ 5.000 dependiendo del dron.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Seg\u00fan la propia resoluci\u00f3n, esta se encuentra ya en vigencia sin perjuicio de su publicaci\u00f3n en el Registro Oficial, particular que acontecer\u00e1 en los pr\u00f3ximos d\u00edas.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/nicolasrmunoz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/946191_10209443962761495_3977758748300464447_n-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-385 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/nicolasrmunoz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/946191_10209443962761495_3977758748300464447_n-1-300x300.jpg\" alt=\"946191_10209443962761495_3977758748300464447_n-1\" width=\"160\" height=\"160\" srcset=\"https:\/\/nicolasrmunoz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/946191_10209443962761495_3977758748300464447_n-1-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/nicolasrmunoz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/946191_10209443962761495_3977758748300464447_n-1-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/nicolasrmunoz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/946191_10209443962761495_3977758748300464447_n-1-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/nicolasrmunoz.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/946191_10209443962761495_3977758748300464447_n-1.jpg 960w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 160px) 100vw, 160px\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Nicol\u00e1s R.
